Richmond Kobla Dido (b.1993 Accra, Ghana),is a photographer/creative director currently based in Sydney, Australia working across many genres that explores and documents from still life to portraiture.

I engage directly with the individuals I photograph through collaborative, posed portrait sessions that serve to empower the subjects, providing a platform to tell their story. I believe that trust and respect are fundamental to the process of creating an emotional and revealing portrait.

Photographic story telling is a powerful tool through which we can record, share and communicate ideas. I aspire for my photography to positively encourage a connection and understanding between the viewer and the subject.
